If your eSIM card does not work due to an issue on the side of eSimsData, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the amount paid.

However, if the issue is caused by your own actions (e.g. using an incompatible device or incorrect activation), we are unable to offer any refund or exchange. All eSIM codes are unique and non-refundable once issued.

Before requesting a refund, please:

  • Contact our support team to report the connection issue.

  • Provide detailed information and screenshots to help us identify and resolve the problem.

  • Our support team is available 24/7 and typically responds within minutes.

Please note that eSimsData reserves the right to deduct a small administrative fee from any refunded amount.

The review period for refund requests is 3 to 5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 15–30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
